New Valentine’s Day Card Galleries!
It’s been three years since the release of my Valentine’s Day collection with American Greetings for Target, and ten years since the launch of my Hip-Hip Valentine’s Day assortment - and I’ve finally pulled together galleries showcasing the nearly 60 Valentine’s Day card designs I illustrated and designed for both programs!
American Greetings x Target Valentine’s Day Collection
This American Greetings assortment includes almost 30 Valentine’s Day greeting card designs, split across a variety of formats - most notably 5-panel cards and mini note packs. The bulk of the cards were intended to merchandise together as an endcap feature at Target, but due to a production issue, some designs were delayed by a year.
Nevertheless, all of the designs eventually made it to stores, and you can still find them at Target or through American Greetings retailers during the Valentine’s Day season.
American Greetings – 5 Panel Valentine’s Day Card Designs
This project was my first opportunity to develop 5-panel greeting cards, and I loved having a larger, more interactive format to design within. I wanted each card to surprise and delight as the panels are opened.
Three of the designs include built-in activities like a maze, word search, and connect-the-dots. Because these Valentine’s cards were positioned at a premium price point, I focused on creating an experience that felt worth the extra cost while also combining playful interaction with die-cut edges and holographic finishes.
American Greetings – Valentine’s Day Mini Note Packs
If you have kids, you know Valentine’s Day means classroom celebrations. These Valentine’s Day mini note packs make it easy to create shareable notes that are fun, affordable, and kid-friendly.
Each pack includes 20 mini Valentines, with four unique designs per set. Senders simply add their name and the recipient’s name on the back. For my own kids, I like to attach a small piece of candy using washi tape for an extra festive touch.

Hip-Hip Valentine’s Day Card Collection
Hip-Hip was a stationery line I developed and sold both directly to customers and to wholesale clients. This Valentine’s Day collection marked my first major expansion after the initial launch year.
I went big with nearly 30 Valentine’s Day designs, spread across mini card packs, traditional greeting cards, and sticker sets. The illustrations explore a wide range of themes and concepts, intentionally offering variety for retailers and customers alike.
